Sarah Palin’s Geography Slipups a Hoax?

According to the New York Times, the leak credited for Sarah Palin not knowing how to locate Africa on a map wasn’t a real person at all, but a fake blog and false connections across the net! I wonder why we all accepted this information so readily. Did we really think she was that ill-educated? A resounding yes from most that I’ve spoken with.
